- About the Role
- We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tin Dip Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by performing tin-dipping processes on components, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to an efficient workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tin-dip operations according to established specifications
- Inspect parts before and after dipping to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and clean production environment
- Track materials, report discrepancies, and follow all safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Willingness to learn and follow precise procedures
Salary Range & Benefits
- $20–$24 per hour depending on experience
