# Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für unsere familiengeführte Schreinerei - Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick sind auch willkommen!

## Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Montagetätigkeit und Fertigung : Durchführung von Montage- und Fertigungsarbeiten von Fenster- und Türelementen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle : Überwachung der Produktqualität, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Produkte den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Teamarbeit : Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitarbeitern, um die Produktionsziele zu erreichen.

## Anforderungen

  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit : Die Fähigkeit, körperlich belastende Arbeiten auszuführen.
  • Handwerkliches Geschick : Gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten, insbesondere im Umgang mit Holz und Werkzeugen, Montage von Fertigelementen.
  • PKW-Führerschein  und idealerweise (aber nicht zwingend erforderlich) Anhängerführerschein

## Arbeitsbedingungen

  • Arbeitszeit : Beginn 7:15 Uhr bis ca. 16 Uhr, geregelte Arbeitszeiten ohne Schichtdienst.
  • Gehalt : Bezahlung nach Tarif.
  • Sozialleistungen : Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, kostenlose Mitarbeiterparkplätze und teilweise gestellte Arbeitskleidung.
