Wir suchen für einen unserer langjährigen Kunden Tischler (m/w/d) oder Lackierer (m/w/d) für einen unbefristeten Einsatz. Sie arbeiten direkt vor Ort beim Kunden – wir als DREMO sorgen für faire Bedingungen, sichere Perspektiven und eine Betreuung, auf die Sie sich verlassen können.

Das dürfen Sie erwarten:

  • Arbeitsvertrag: Unbefristete, langfristige Anstellung, bis 30 Tage gesetzlicher Urlaub, gesetzlicher Kündigungsschutz
  • Arbeitszeiten : Montag bis Freitag (Früh- und Spätschichtmodell)
  • Finanzielles: Stundenlohn ab 18,39 € (je nach Qualifikation auch mehr ) + kilometerabhängiges Fahrgeld
  • Prämien und Vorteile: 300 € Einstiegsprämie nach drei Monaten + monatlich 50 € steuerfreie Produktivitätsprämie + Urlaubsgeld + Weihnachtsgeld + Zuschüsse zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge + kostenfreie Arbeitskleidung + wöchentliche Abschlagszahlungen

Ihre zukünftigen Tätigkeitsbereiche umfassen:

  • Vorbereitung von Oberflächen für die Lackierung
  • Schleif-, Beschichtungs- und Finish-Arbeiten
  • Umgang mit Airless-Sprühpistolen und weiteren Spritzgeräten
  • Mischen von Farben und Lacken nach Vorgabe
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Sorgfältiges und präzises Arbeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler/in, Lackierer/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Oberflächenbearbeitung und im Umgang mit Lackiergeräten
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • PKW zur Erreichbarkeit des Einsatzortes zwingend erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft für Tagschicht, ggf. auch 2-Schicht
