Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Maschinenraum (Tischfräse, Tischkreissäge, Bandschleifmaschine) zur Produktion von Profilleisten

  • Vollzeit-Stelle (40Std./Woche)
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Ergonomisches arbeiten ohne tragen von schweren Lasten. (Muskulatur und Knochenschonend)
  • Einschicht-System
  • Freizeit und Familienfreundliche 5-Tage-Woche, Freitags beginnt um 12.15Uhr das Wochenende
  • Freie Urlaubswahl, Urlaubswünsche durch Stellvertreter-System auch kurzfristig möglich.
  • So gut wie keine Überstunden und Wochenendarbeit.
  • Teamwork ohne Ellenbogen Mentalität (Gutes, ehrliches Betriebsklima)
  • Wir garantieren eine gewissenhafte und gute Einarbeitung durch langjährige Mitarbeiter.
  • Holz ist ein sauberer, warmer Werkstoff, es handelt sich um eine sehr angenehme Tätigkeit in gut geheizten Räumlichkeiten.
  • Die Maschinen sind gewartet, die Arbeitsplätze hell und aufgeräumt.
  • Wir bieten einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz, der auch in Zukunft nicht wegautomatisiert werden kann. In einem Unternehmen, welches durch einen breiten Kundenstamm sowie Aktivitäten im Direktvertrieb (eigene Onlineshops, sowie Shops auf einschlägigen Marktplätzen) sehr sicher aufgestellt ist.
