  • Du stellst im Team Möbel, Messestände und andere Holzkonstruktionen für die Projekte unserer Kund:innen her
  • Du arbeitest im Bankraum, aber auch an unseren Maschinen (Homag)
  • Du arbeitest mit unseren Designern und Projektmanagern zusammen, um die Umsetzung der Projekte sicherzustellen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl und den Zuschnitt von Holzmaterialien
  • Du übernimmst die Wartung und Reparatur von bestehenden Holzkonstruktionen
  • Du stehst auch den jungen Kolleg:innen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite (wir sind ein Ausbildungsbetrieb)
  • Du hältst die Produktion sauber und ordentlich und wartest bei Bedarf die Maschinen und Werkzeuge
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Tischler, oder Tischlerin mit der Qualifikation Facharbeiter (Gesellenbrief) oder als Tischlermeister oder Holzmechaniker
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Möbel- und/oder Messebau
  • Du bist eine Fachkraft für Maschinen (CNC, Kantenanleimmaschine, Plattensäge, etc., Software WoodWOP 8.0)
  • Du magst individuelle Aufgaben und bist in der Lage auch eigene Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und zu verfolgen
  • Du teilst Dir Deinen Arbeitsablauf selbst ein und nutzt die zur Verfügung stehende Zeit effektiv
  • Du bist teamfähig aber auch eigenständig genug um allein zu arbeiten
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
