Plaza Motors in Creve Coeur serves a high-line clientele in the automotive space, and we are looking for a team member with high attention to detail and superb customer service to join our team in the position of Wholesales Title & Billing Clerk.

• Summary:
• The Tag and Title Clerk processes car deals. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Essential Duties:
• - Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
• - Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts
• - Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
• - Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
• - Performs other duties as assigned
• - Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area

• Qualifications:
• - Two+ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus
• - Automotive Dealership experience preferred
• - Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
