About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as the Enterprise Planning Lead – Strategic and Space Planning within Corporate Properties. This role will provide enterprise leadership and subject matter expertise across strategic and space and occupancy planning, establishing consistent methods, standards, quality expectations, and governance while strengthening the connection between strategy, capacity, and physical planning.
The individual will provide functional guidance across the planning practice, oversee the quality and effectiveness of provider-delivered planning services, and bring hands-on expertise to complex, significant, or non-standard planning engagements. The role will help ensure business demand, capacity, portfolio conditions, financial considerations, and physical space requirements come together in decision-ready strategies and executable plans.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise planning standards, methods, assumptions, templates, tools, decision materials, and quality expectations across strategic and space/occupancy planning.
- Provide functional guidance and subject-matter expertise to planning teams, helping interpret standards, address novel planning situations, manage exceptions, and resolve issues that span planning disciplines.
- Maintain enterprise-level visibility into significant planning work and provide targeted review and challenge based on complexity, risk, visibility, precedent, exception, or cross-regional impact.
- Own the high-level view of our real estate plan and progress against it. Ensure approved strategies and material changes roll up to the enterprise plan, track execution against expected outcomes, and provide leadership with a clear view of progress, changes, risks, opportunities, and decisions needed. Partner with Finance to ensure the real estate plan and financial outlook remain aligned.
- Directly support, co-lead, or lead complex, cross-regional, or non-standard planning engagements when additional Wells Fargo expertise is warranted.
- Serve as the Wells Fargo subject matter expert for Strategic and Space and Occupancy Planning, establishing and maintaining standards, controls, quality expectations, planning methods, and implementation-ready outcomes.
- Establish expectations for planning tools and outputs, including stack plans, block plans, capacity and market planning models, space-planning packages, allocation information, and implementation handoffs.
- Integrate capacity and scenario-planning considerations into strategy development by connecting business demand, workforce and occupancy information, portfolio supply, planning standards, and physical-space feasibility.
- Provide planning and service-delivery governance for JLL-delivered planning activities by establishing Wells Fargo expectations, evaluating planning methods and outputs, identifying systemic delivery gaps, and driving provider-owned remediation and continuous improvement.
- Establish or support planning performance measures, quality indicators, trends, and escalation criteria that improve visibility into planning effectiveness.
- Support planning-process, operating-model, technology, and future-state initiatives by representing planning requirements and helping define effective interfaces among strategic planning, capacity planning, space planning, regional delivery, and provider teams.
- Strengthen planning controls, documentation, data quality, supporting evidence, and implementation handoffs where they intersect with the planning practice
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading corporate real estate strategy, portfolio planning, space and occupancy planning, capacity planning, workplace planning, or a related planning discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development or governance of planning standards, methodologies, business processes, controls, or quality expectations.

- Knowledge of physical space-planning concepts and deliverables with experience providing direction and oversight for stack planning, block planning, allocation practices, planning models, and implementation handoffs.
- Strong program or project management capability, including managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, and implementation activities.
