Tortilla Manufacturing Operator
Join our dynamic team as a Tortilla Manufacturing Operator and play a vital role in producing high-quality tortillas that meet our company's standards for freshness and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to ensure consistent product quality
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain optimal production flow
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist in the setup and shutdown of equipment as needed
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Support inventory management by recording production data accurately
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks
- Commitment to safety and adherence to health regulations
