Jam City is looking for a Total Rewards Generalist , located in our Los Angeles office. They will report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and People Ops, and be responsible for supporting the administration and execution of our global compensation and benefits programs. As a key partner in Total Rewards, you will play a hands-on role in benefits administration, leave management, and compensation support, ensuring our programs remain competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated to our employees. You will work closely with the People Team to provide exceptional service, drive process improvements, and maintain the integrity of our data across all offices.
