Für unser sonnenklar.TV Reisebüro in Paderborn-City suchen wir eine engagierte und kundenorientierte Tourismuskauffrau / einen Tourismuskaufmann (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden rund um das Thema Reisen
  • Erstellung individueller Reiseangebote sowie Verkauf und Buchung von Urlaubsreisen
  • Buchungsabwicklung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Reisebüro

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro
  • Möglichst Kenntnisse der Buchungssysteme TOMA, IRIS.plus und TravelCompass
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
