Für unser TUI ReiseCenter in Witten suchen wir eine/n Tourismuskauffrau / Tourismuskaufmann ( w/m/d ) in Teil- oder Vollzeit

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Verkauf von touristischen Leistungen aus der gesamten Produktpalette
  • Kompetente Beratung und Begeisterung unserer Kunden
  • Aktive Kundengewinnung und -bindung durch freundliche und interaktive Kundenansprache (persönlich, telefonisch, per E-Mail, Internet & SocialMedia) sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Leistungsträgern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei allen im Reisebüro anfallenden Tätigkeiten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Reiseverkehrskauffrau/-mann bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/-mann oder
  • Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro
  • Gute Fach-, Produkt- und Zielgebietskenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Reservierungs-/Buchungssystemen (IRISplus, Bistro, Toma sind von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Buchungstools
  • Verkaufs- und Beratungstalent mit ziel- und serviceorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
  • Über einen kurzen Anruf im Vorfeld würde ich mich sehr freuen
