Wir sind ein mittelständisches Omnibusunternehmen in 45772 Marl und sind tätig in den Bereichen Gelegenheitsverkehr, Reiseverkehr, Schülerverkehr und Gruppenreisen. Wir suchen für unseren Omnibusbetrieb eine versierte
Touristik-Fachkraft (m/w/d)
auf Teil- oder Vollzeitbasis.
Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:
- Planung und Ausarbeitung von Bus-/Gruppenreisen
- Beratung von Neukunden und Stammkunden
- Angebotserstellung
- Organisation von Reiseabläufen und Programmbestandteilen
- Einkauf von Reisemodulen/-bestandteilen, Hoteleinkauf
- Verwaltung von Reisen in der EDV
- Abwicklung und Nacharbeit von Reisen, Reiseabrechnung
- allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
Ihr Profil:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- vorhandene Berufserfahrung
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch verhandlungssicher
- gute EDV-/IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Freude an Touristik/Reisebranche und Teamfähigkeit
