Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Aktiver Verkauf vielfältiger Leistungen rund um das Thema Reisen
  • Inspiration und Beratung unserer Kund: innen zu weltweiten Urlaubszielen
  • Kundengewinnung und Kundenbindung durch erstklassigen Service
  • Kundenreaktivierung durch aktive Ansprache
  • Mitwirkung an verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Erfahrung im Reisebürovertrieb - Praxiskenntnisse im Reisebüro oder touristischen Vertrieb bringst Du bereits mit
  • Begeisterung für Tourismus - Deine Leidenschaft für Urlaub und Reisen spiegelt sich in Deiner Freude an der Beratung unserer Gäste wider
  • Kommunikationsstärke - Du begegnest Kund: innen empathisch, berätst souverän und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Organisationstalent - Du strukturierst Deinen Arbeitsalltag effizient
  • Teamgeist - Zusammenarbeit ist Dir wichtig und Du trägst aktiv zum Erfolg des Teams bei
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit touristischen Buchungssystemen
