This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our high-performing branches, designed to fast-track development and build your skills to confidently step into a future leadership position!

Working closely with experienced Branch and Region Leaders, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. If you're someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a customer-focused environment and is motivated by career growth, this role offers a genuine pathway into future leadership opportunities across our network.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

Providing customer service and information about products

Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment

Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

We're looking for people with leadership potential and a growth mindset.

Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems

Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

Wants to develop their career - either locally or within the broader network.
