A Day in the Life:

As a Trade Development Manager at Monster Energy, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening partnerships across your territory. You'll work closely with distributors, bottlers, customers, and internal teams to execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional results. This position offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, build meaningful relationships, and make a visible impact within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Success comes from combining strong business acumen, strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and effective market execution.

The Impact You'll Make:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key customers across your assigned territory, supporting excellence in both Traditional and Modern Trade channels.

Drive growth by expanding the availability, visibility, and distribution of Monster Energy's portfolio through effective execution of local and national sales initiatives.

Coach and develop distributor and bottler sales teams, empowering them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to successfully represent the Monster brand.

Partner with national and regional accounts to execute strategic business plans that support sales, profitability, market share growth, and long-term customer success.

Identify market opportunities by monitoring industry trends, retailer activity, and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable strategies that drive performance.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop innovative solutions, strengthen business relationships, and deliver measurable results across the territory.

Lead regular business reviews with distributors and bottlers, leveraging data and insights to celebrate successes, identify opportunities, and align on future growth strategies.

Work cross-functionally with National Sales, Regional Account Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs and provide valuable market feedback that informs business decisions.

Who You Are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐ Business Administration or related field

Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in sales

Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in retail, wholesaler or distributor sales environment

Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$62,250 — $83,000 CAD
