About the role:

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

Other requirements:

• •Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
• •Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
• •Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
• •Provide exceptional customer service
• •Sound computer skills
• •Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• •Availability to work alternating weekends
• •Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
