Job Summary:

The Service Technician will complete trailer repairs including but not limited to: structural, suspension, body work, brakes, tarp systems, and wreck repairs.

*Safety bonuses are available immediately.

*Productivity and efficiency bonuses begin after 90 days.

Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• •Inspect and diagnose trailer issues, including structural, suspension, brake, and electrical components.
• •Perform repairs and replacements on brake systems, including drums, pads, rotors, and air brake components.
• •Repair and replace trailer suspension components such as leaf springs, shocks, axles, and bushings.
• •Weld and fabricate structural and body components using MIG welding techniques.
• •Troubleshoot and repair 12VDC electrical systems, including lighting, wiring harnesses, and connectors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• •Experience with brake systems and trailer suspensions
• •Understanding of 12VDC electrical
• •MIG welding
• •Teamwork

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• •Work outdoors in various weather condition

Education and Experience:

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Previous mechanical technician experience
