- Trainee International Talent Programme – Operations & Change (f/m/x) in Frankfurt
- You’re almost done with your studies, and now it’s time for the next step: learning from the best, taking on responsibility and tackling exciting challenges across different teams. Become part of our success story and start your career with ING’s International Talent Programme (ITP). With individual mentoring and training, you’ll spend 18 months rotating within an ING unit, including 3 to 6 months abroad. In short: you’ll learn what it takes to successfully launch your career in an international organisation. Get started on 1 October 2027! Your talent counts.
- Your Tasks
- During your time as a trainee, you and your talents decide where the journey takes you! You’ll start your first rotation in the Centre of Expertise “Organizational Governance and Strategy.” Here, we develop and oversee the corporate strategy for ING in Germany. We are also responsible for Strategic Governance and analyse and assess potential acquisitions of other companies. On your rotation, you’ll tackle a wide range of strategic and cross-functional questions and help ING stay one step ahead and fit for the future. To do so, you’ll analyse market, competitor, customer and technology trends and turn your findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll take on responsibility quickly and make a real contribution to our success: You’ll help steer and further develop our strategic portfolio, support planning and review processes, and play an active part in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy. You speak the language of data – both quantitative and qualitative: You’ll structure and analyse information from different areas of the organisation and turn it into valuable insights and concrete conclusions. Because organisational change doesn’t happen overnight, you’ll support the design and implementation of transformation and change initiatives from start to finish. You’ll turn complex topics into clear, audience-focused presentations for Senior Management and (international) stakeholders. When working with different business units and international ING entities, you’ll communicate clearly and effectively. All in all, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to try things out, share your ideas and learn a lot in a short time. Depending on your rotation and the current project portfolio, you’ll also gain insights into other areas of Corporate Development. Sounds good?
