Job Description Summary:

Are you a dynamic law student or a graduate? Join us for an exciting internship at Coca-Cola Poland Services sp. z o.o. (The Coca-Cola Company group), where you can work flexibly from our modern Warsaw Office, in the Skyliner building and from home. This is a fantastic chance to dive into the role of an in-house lawyer at a globally recognized company with a rich 135+ year history. You'll be involved in local matters in European countries in particular in Poland, Baltics and Austria, as well as cross-country legal cases spanning the broader European region. As Trainee Lawyer, you'll play a supportive role to our EUROPE Operation Unit Legal Team, reviewing contracts and T&Cs, approving marketing materials, drafting documents, researching legislation and case law, and providing day-to-day legal support across various teams. Your additional responsibilities will align with your professional growth, skills, and interests. You will learn how to utilize various professional in-house legal AI tools as well.

What We Expect

  • a 5th-year law student or a graduate
  • fluent in Polish and English, with any other extra language skills as a bonus
  • You should have a solid grasp of Polish and EU law, and knowledge of Central European jurisdiction is a plus
