  • Absolvierung eines speziell für die Karriere im Exklusivvertrieb entwickelten vierstufigen Traineeprogramms
  • Einführungsphase - Vermittlung grundlegender Kenntnisse im Vertrieb sowie aktives Mitwirken im Agenturalltag
  • Qualifizierungsphase - Vertiefung der Kenntnisse durch Teilnahme an Vertriebsseminaren sowie gezielte Hospitationen bei wichtigen Ansprechpartner:innen und Schnittstellen
  • Vorbereitungsphase - Begleitung von Kolleg:innen in einer Vertriebsagentur, um aus erster Hand zu lernen
  • Spezialisierungsphase - Individuelle Vorbereitung auf die künftige Zielfunktion, je nach vertrieblicher Entwicklung und persönlicher Präferenz
  • Mögliche Spezialisierungsfelder: Betreuung unserer Architekt:innen, Ingenieur:innen, Sachverständige, Gutachter:innen oder unserer Kund:innen in den Bereichen Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechtsanwaltschaft
  • Sicherstellung der persönlichen Produktionsziele durch Unterstützung einer/eines erfahrenen Mentor:in
  • Erste Schritte zur perspektivischen Leitung einer Unternehmeragentur oder Übernahme einer verantwortungsvollen Position als Fach- oder Führungskraft im Vertrieb

Dein Profil

  • Ausgebildete Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen, abgeschlossenes Studium mit ökonomischem/rechtlichem Schwerpunkt oder Quereinsteiger:in
  • Spaß an Vertriebsthemen und IT-Affinität
  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Lösungs-, Ergebnis- und Vertriebsorientierung, Flexibilität, Mobilität und Dienstreisebereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
