What You Can Expect :

  • Übernahme von Verantwortung: Du bist die beiden Jahre dem Standort Essen fest zugeordnet. Hier erhältst Du einen umfassenden Überblick und übernimmst erste Verantwortung in Projekten.
  • Einblicke in unser Engineering Team: Du unterstützt in den Bereichen Qualitätsvorausplanung (z. B. bei der Moderation von FMEA’s) und Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Weiterbildung: Du nimmst an mehreren Schulungen teil und absolvierst ein spezialisiertes Seminar in deinem Fachbereich. So wirst du optimal auf deine Anschlussposition vorbereitet.
  • Netzwerken: Neben der persönlichen Betreuung durch eine Ansprechperson vor Ort finden regelmäßig standortübergreifende Networking-Events und Trainee-Workshops statt.

What You Bring:

Du bist Absolvent eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, wie z.B. einen Techniker.

Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder Prozessmanagement sammeln - idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Automotive-Umfeld.

Du überzeugst mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen und bist offen für nationale und internationale Dienstreisen.

Du bist ein engagierter Teamplayer, kannst andere leicht für deine Ideen begeistern und zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus
