Ihr Beitrag bei uns:

  • \*Für 15 Monate wirkst Du in unterschiedlichen Aufgabenbereichen mit und lernst die wesentlichen Strukturen und Schnittstellen der Kalkulation im Verkehrswegebau kennen - einschließlich eines dreimonatigen Auslandsaufenthalts.
  • \* Vom ersten Tag an bist Du in unser erfolgreiches Team eingebunden und erhältst Einblicke in sämtliche Prozesse der Angebots- und Projektkalkulation. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Bereichen Beschaffung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Bauleitung und Projektmanagement zusammen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen, Massenermittlungen, Kostenermittlungen sowie der Bewertung von Nachunternehmerangeboten.
  • \* Während der gesamten Traineezeit begleitet Dich ein:e Mentor:in, unterstützt Deine fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung und legt gemeinsam mit Dir die zukünftige Ausrichtung Deiner Tätigkeit fest.
  • \* Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Traineezeit ist ein Einsatz als Kalkulator:in (m/w/d) im Verkehrswegebau geplant.
