Trainer I

Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools for Centene Pharmacy Services' employees.

Key Details: The Trainer I position is primarily remote. Candidates must be willing to work M-F, 9-5:30pm or 10-6:30pm ET to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:

• •Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for Pharmacy Services department staff
• •Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids
• •Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses
• •Research, analyze and recommend external training programs
• •Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
• •Assist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to management
• •Assist with revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process development
• •May be required to travel
• •Performs other duties as assigned
• •Complies with all policies and standards

Highly Preferred Skills :

• •Strong training/facilitation skills in a remote work environment
• •Pharmacy or managed care operations experience
• •Basic curriculum development skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• •Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.

Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
