## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Trainingsprogrammen für Führungskräfte auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchie-Ebenen
  • Vermittlung zentraler Methodiken wie Kommunikation, Führen und Entwickeln von Mitarbeitern, Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen, Konfliktmanagement
  • Einsatz von praxisnahen Methoden wie Rollenspielen
  • Individuelle Begleitung von Führungskräften – telefonisch oder digital

## Sie bringen mit

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, ein Studium der Wirtschaftspsychologie, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit anschließender Berufserfahrung
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Hohe Motivation in der eigenen und der Entwicklung anderer
  • Freude an Menschen
  • Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
