Trainer Produktion (m/w/d)
- Standort: Zwiesel
- Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- Schulung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Vermittlung von Sicherheits- und Produktionsabläufen
- Durchführung praktischer Übungen im Produktionsbereich
- Dokumentation und Bewertung der Schulungen
- Unterstützung der HR-Abteilung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Pflege und Ordnung des Trainingscenters
- Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und flexiblen Einsatzbereitschaft
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Office wünschenswert
