  • As a Training associate the candidate shall be responsible for assessing and educating
  • new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region.
  • The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, classroom
  • training sessions and programs for the customers with measurable outcomes.
  • 1. Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in
  • ophthalmic segment.
  • 2. Excellent communication skills.
  • 3. Person should be willing to travel extensively
  • 4. Possess thorough command of the Kannada language
