Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician Training Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on training and supporting new and current aestheticians through hands-on and classroom instruction. The ideal candidate has strong skincare knowledge, enjoys teaching others, and ensures consistent service quality and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Training & Education

• •Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering skincare techniques, aesthetic treatments, product knowledge, and safety protocols
• •Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops for new hires
• •Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill competency and consistency
• •Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory standards to keep training materials up to date

Curriculum & Materials Development

• •Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and instructional materials
• •Design competency assessments, certifications, and refresher training programs
• •Customize training to align with company standards, brand protocols, and service offerings

Compliance & Safety

• •Reinforce infection control, sanitation, and client safety practices
• •Monitor adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards during training sessions

Performance Coaching & Development

• •Observe aestheticians in practice and provide ongoing mentorship and corrective coaching
• •Identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans
• •Track training progress and maintain accurate records, certifications, and documentation

Client Experience Excellence

• •Train staff on client consultations, communication, and customer service best practices
• •Promote professionalism, empathy, and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• •Current Aesthetician License (required)
• •3–5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, including advanced skincare treatments
• •Previous experience in training, mentoring, or education (preferred)
• •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• •In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• •Experience with technologies such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, and high-frequency devices
• •Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
• •Highly organized with strong time management skills
• •Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, online training platforms)
