You will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring that every real estate decision supports our business, sustainability, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and portfolio optimization initiatives
· Responsible for the full lifecycle of Siemens Healthineers owned and leased assets from end to end, i.e. from collecting business requirements, value engineering, site selection, scenario analysis, due diligence, executing the transaction, to overseeing the fit-out until handover to the user
· Ongoing review and active Asset Management initiatives to enhance value, utilization, and sustainability performance across owned and leased assets
· Involve and coordinate cross-functional transaction teams including Legal, Tax, Finance, and technical experts
· Prepare and present investment cases, business plans, and decision documents for management and user approval
· Support strategic portfolio reviews and investment decisions aligned with Siemens Healthineers’ global real estate strategy
· Monitor and analyze portfolio KPIs (financial, operational, ESG) and support reporting to senior management
· Develop market insights, maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and advisors, and identify opportunities to optimize the portfolio
· Contribute to process excellence and digital initiatives within the Asset Management & Transaction function
What You Bring
· 5–7 years of professional experience in Commercial Real Estate, ideally in Investments, Transaction Management, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Advisory (corporate, institutional, or consulting background)
· Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of real estate asset management, transactions and valuation, market analysis, and ideally real estate investment
· Proven track record of executing leasing, acquisition, or disposal transactions across different asset types and geographies with hands-on execution capability
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to partner effectively across regions and functions
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Combine corporate real estate expertise with an investment-grade mindset, ensuring that our properties enable our business and reflect our sustainability ambitions
· Self-starter with a high level of drive, ownership, and curiosity — able to work independently, take initiative, and navigate a complex, international corporate environment, whilst effectively communicating with businesses and senior leadership
