Your role

This role will be responsible for advanced technology enabled data-driven solutions, combining business analytics, data mining, data visualization and best practices to enable customer meaningful, actionable information. This competence profile plays an important role in the digital enterprise transformation programs led by Capgemini.

Your tasks

• •Lead collaboration with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• •Facilitate and drive requirement gathering and project scoping workshops with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• •Act as a trusted advisor by identifying process improvement opportunities and positioning Capgemini solutions to drive business value
• •Ensure high-quality documentation standards, including business requirements, functional designs, and solution architecture.
• •Take ownership of project delivery, managing risks, budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple workstreams
• •Drive end-to-end process optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable customer and business value
• •Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing within the team

Your profile

• •10+ years of experience in business analytics, data consulting, or business analysis roles, ideally in consulting environments
• •Solid background in ERP, finance, and accounting systems, as well as workflow and reporting solutions
• •Ability to gather requirements, map processes, support solution design, and coordinate delivery activities
• •Proven ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable solutions
• •Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• •Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
• •Strong capability to manage full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and governance
• •Very good in English; additional language skills an advantage.
