Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in 93437 Furth im Wald eine/n Transport- & Auftragsdisponent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Steuerung eigener Lkw und Subunternehmer
  • Touren- und Kapazitätsplanung, Fahrzeug- und Fahrereinsatz
  • Auftragserfassung und bearbeitung (Transportaufträge, Frachtpapiere)
  • Kundenkommunikation & Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Systempflege (TMS/ERP, Stammdaten, Reporting)
  • Schnittstelle zu Einkauf/Subunternehmern, Werkstatt, Fahrern
  • Fahrer und Fleetmanagement
  • Monitoring, KPI Auswertungen, Optimierung der Abläufe

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Logistikbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in Spedition/Transportdisposition (idealerweise Automotive)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Tourenplanung und Umgang mit Subunternehmern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit TMS/ERP-Systemen; MS Office (Excel) sehr gut
  • Organisationsstark, stressresistent, lösungsorientiert
  • Kundenorientierte Kommunikation und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Deutsch fließend; Englisch sehr gut; Tschechisch von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Schicht/Notfallkoordination)
  • Erfahrung mit Automotive-Zyklen (Just-in-Time, Just-in-Sequence) - wünschenwert
  • Erfahrung Transportregelungen EU Richtlinien - wünschenwert
  • Erste Erfahrung in Systempflege/IT-Administration (TMS-Admin) – wünschenwert
  • Erfahrung in Controlling / KPI-Reporting - wünschenwert
