Unser Angebot:

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Einholung von Frachtofferten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Frachtdokumenten im nationalen und internationalen Transport
  • Auswahl des Frachtführers, Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten
  • Planung von Routen, Terminplanung von Fahrten sowie deren Überwachung
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Führen von Aufzeichnungen
  • Planung und Koordination der Frachtbewegungen
  • Überwachung des Fortschritts der Lieferungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fachspezifische Weiterbildung im Logistik-, Speditions- bzw. Zollbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Transportdisposition
  • Gute Kenntnisse über relevante Vorschriften und Gesetzgebung z.B. Gefahrgutvorschriften
  • Grundkenntnisse zum Genehmigungswesen und Waffengesetz
  • Gute Kenntnisse des SAP-Moduls LE Logistics Execution wünschenswert
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Genauigkeit und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung nach § 7 des LuftSiG
  • Schulungsbescheinigung nach Kapitel 11.2. des Anhangs der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 185/2010
