# Transport Manager/Speditionskaufmann/ Disponent (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Sie stehen in regem Austausch mit unseren internationalen Partnern und konzipieren optimale Kundenlösungen.
  • Sie organisieren, steuern und überwachen internationale Transporte (Straßentransporte)
  • Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben zählen die Akquise und Betreuung von Kunden, sowie Transportpartnern.
  • Sie kalkulieren Transportpreise und führen eigenverantwortlich Ein- und Verkaufsverhandlungen.

Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder erste praktische Berufserfahrung als Disponent im Landverkehr/Spedition
  • Neben Ihren fließenden Deutschkenntnissen verfügen Sie über gute Englischkenntnisse. Darüber hinaus sind Polnisch oder Russisch ebenfalls ideal.
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenständigkeit und sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft
