Du bist in der Logistik und Disposition der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in der Organisation aller Tourenplanungen.

Deine Aufgaben als Transport Planer - Disponent:

Du planst die Anliefermengen und kontrollierst die Erfüllung der Mengenpläne

Du nimmst Aufträge entgegen und legst diese im System an

Du erteilst Ladeaufträge

Du erstellst und versendest Lade- bzw. Lieferavise sowie Lieferscheine

Du kümmerst dich um die Erstbearbeitung von Reklamationen und deren Verankerung in der EDV

Du bist für die Pflege der Stammdaten verantwortlich wie z. B. von Frachtrelationen oder neuen Einsatzstellen

Du stellst alle notwendigen Dokumente, insbesondere für grenzüberschreitende Verkehre zu Verfügung – hier besonders das Annex VII Formular

Du überwachst die Altpapierbestände unserer Werke in Aschaffenburg & Witzenhausen

Dein Profil als Transport Planer - Disponent:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)

Du hast stets alle Termine im Blick

Du hast eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise erworben in der Logistik als Disponent (m/w/d) oder ähnliches

Du gehst gut mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen um

Du arbeitest Team- und Dienstleistungsorientiert

Du verfügst über einen strukturierten und selbständigen Arbeitsstil

Du hast Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
