  • Mengawasi operasional transportasi pengiriman dan pengambilan uang tunai (cash in transit)
  • Mengatur jadwal dan rute armada kendaraan operasional cash management
  • Memastikan pengiriman uang dilakukan tepat waktu, aman, dan sesuai SOP
  • Mengontrol kesiapan armada (kendaraan, BBM, GPS, dan perlengkapan keamanan)
  • Mengawasi kinerja driver dan crew pengawal (security/cash officer)
  • Memastikan prosedur keamanan selama proses pengangkutan cash dipatuhi
  • Monitoring pergerakan armada secara real-time (tracking GPS)
  • Menangani kendala operasional di lapangan (keterlambatan, gangguan, insiden)
  • Koordinasi dengan command center, CPC, dan pihak cabang terkait pengiriman cash
  • Melakukan pengecekan dan verifikasi dokumen pengiriman dan penerimaan cash
  • Menyusun laporan harian, insiden, dan performa operasional transport
  • Memastikan SLA pengiriman cash terpenuhi sesuai standar perusahaan
  • Melakukan evaluasi dan improvement operasional transport secara berkala
