Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, compliant, and well-supported day-to-day transportation operation. You will achieve this by providing support to the Transportation Supervisor and drivers through daily route planning, staffing, and training.

• What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
• In this role, you will:

• •Lead the daily operational planning, including executing efficient route preparation, planning and monitoring to achieve high levels of service performance.
• •Collaborate with drivers, customer service, and management by providing essential phone support, resolving routine customer delivery issues, and covering vacant routes or absences as needed.
• •Execute special operational projects: Lead dedicated initiatives focused on improving routing workflows, fleet compliance, and driver safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• •2 to 3 years of experience in transportation or driver operations.
• •Must have a valid non CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record.
• •Strong knowledge of driver operational procedures, acting as an expert-level resource to provide daily support and instruction to the driver team.
• •Proven ability in problem-solving routine issues related to routing, driver staffing, and common customer service challenges.
• •Must be willing to cover routes when needed
