Key Responsibilities:

• •Gain hands-on exposure to transportation lines of coverage.
• •Support account management team with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and administrative tasks.
• •Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality checks within the agency management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• •Participate in client appointments and sales meetings with producers to observe client service and sales best practices.
• •Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, client experience, or operational efficiency.
• •Build professional communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• •Must be able to commute to our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.
• •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• •Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Risk Management & Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally.
