About the role 🚀

Bigblue is looking for a Transportation Manager to join Bigblue's newly formed transportation team, led by a former Amazon executive . The role represents a critical function within Bigblue Operations to continuously improve the service levels, capacities, costs and reduce the carbon footprint of our European transportation. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce supply chain.

Missions ✍️

- End to End owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer

- Animate whole carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness

- Lead and support continuous improvement or growth projects (find ideas & lead initiatives)

- Work hand in hand with Data Analyst to develop and monitor full set of Transportation KPI

- Support other Bigblue departments (Customer Care, Warehouse or Product teams)

- Support the Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research and sourcing of new carriers
