Our City Solutions/Transportation Planning team anticipates a Practice Manager (Office Manager) opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, within the next 3–6 months. The Practice Manager, West will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, oversee project delivery, and lead a high-performing team. This leader will play a key role in implementing the regional growth strategy, expanding market share, ensuring technical excellence, and representing TYLin through industry engagement and thought leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional registration preferred.

Approximately 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector, including leadership experience.

Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.

Strong operational and financial management skills.

Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $216,000 – $240,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
