What You'll Do:

• •Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, shopping trips, community events, and recreational outings
• •Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, including support with walkers and wheelchairs as needed
• •Coordinate daily transportation schedules and appointment logistics
• •Maintain transportation logs, mileage records, and resident destination information
• •Communicate with residents, staff, medical offices, and outside transportation providers
• •Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained
• •Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during all transportation services

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Valid Chauffeur License with a safe driving record required
• •Medical First Responder certification or CENA license preferred
• •Experience working with older adults or in a senior living environment preferred
• •Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
