Transportation Supervisor

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Full-Time position

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• •Daily Load and Route Planning
• •Load Tracking
• •Interacting with drivers
• •Customer Service and reporting
• •Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.
• •Work with other Terminal Managers in your area
• •Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email
• •Audit Billing
• •Payroll
• •Fleet Maintenance scheduling

Qualifications:

• •Transportation/dispatch experience is required
• •Knowledge of DOT Regulations
• •Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW)
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Must have strong Customer and Driver interaction skills


The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
