Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen:

  • Nationale und internationale Transporte per Straße und See steuerst und koordinierst Du – von der Frachtanfrage über die Dienstleisterbeauftragung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Spediteure, Reedereien und interne Schnittstellen bei allen transportrelevanten Fragestellungen – inkl. Überwachung der Servicelevel und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Verschiffungsprozesse und Containerverladungen an unseren Produktions- und Lagerstandorten koordinierst Du eigenverantwortlich und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Transportausschreibungen und der Kostenoptimierung mit
  • Reports erstellst Du regelmäßig, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und setzt Prozessverbesserungen eigenverantwortlich um
  • In Projekten – z. B. zur Tourenoptimierung, Dienstleisterbündelung oder Einführung eines Transportmanagementsystems – bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und treibst sie voran

Das ist Dein Erfolgsrezept:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder BWL abgeschlossen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Transportdisposition oder Speditionslogistik bringst Du mit
  • Prozesse entwickelst Du strukturiert weiter und Projekte treibst Du eigenverantwortlich voran – dank Deines analytischen Denkvermögens
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office bist Du sicher; gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
