Job Description:
- Under the direct supervision of the Director or designee performs those duties directly involved with the transport of patients to and from departments / units throughout the hospital. Interacts with nursing personnel to assure continuance of care during the transport process. Assumes responsibility for patients, equipment, and functions. Education:
- ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience:
- ▪ No experience required
- Skills:
- ▪ Must be physically capable of lifting and moving patients. Must have good communication skills with patients, visitors, and co-workers.
