Aufgaben

Einsatzbetreuung unseres Fuhrparks und Fahrpersonals im Kundenauftrag

Tägliche Hauptansprechperson für unsere Fahrerinnen und Fahrer, Kunden und externen Dienstleister

Verfolgung laufender Transporte via Telematik und Steuerung bei Verzögerungen und Störungen

Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Nachbereitung und Kontrolle von Einsatzzeiten

Koordination von Werkstattaufenthalten und technischen Prüffristen

Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungsparameter (Zuarbeit Buchhaltung)

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert, ideal im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
  • allgemeines Verständnis für Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • sichere Anwendung der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word
  • Kenntnisse über gültige Sozialvorschrtiften
  • Kommunikations-, Vermittlungs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • technisches Grundverständnis für Fahrzeugtechnik
