Das sind die Aufgaben:

  • touristische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Verkauf von Reisen über touristische Reservierungssysteme TOMA, IRIS, BISTRO
  • Erledigung anfallender Korrespondenz über alle Medien
  • Betreuung unserer Website
  • Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen
  • Führungsverantwortung: nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitungsphase Büroleitung möglich

Das ist uns wichtig:

  • freundlicher und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kunden, serviceorientiert
  • eigene Reiseerfahrung
  • gute Zielgebietskenntnisse und Spaß am Reisen
  • sicherer Umgang mit den touristischen Buchungssystemen TOMA, IRIS, BISTRO
  • Freude/Erfahrung am Verkauf sowie exzellente Servicequalität am Counter und Telefon
