Key Responsibilities:

• •Construct, calibrate, analyze, test, and document inputs for travel demand models.
• •Analyze socioeconomic data, household travel surveys, and origin-destination data under supervision.
• •Assist with model validation against existing conditions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• •Support the team in preparing reports and presentations related to transportation modeling projects.
• •Collaborate with professionals across planning, engineering, and data analysis disciplines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or master’s program in Transportation Engineering .
• •Preferred completion of the following courses or similar: CE392H & CRP384 (Urban Transportation Planning – Travel Demand Forecasting), CE 321 (Transportation Systems), and CE 391J (Transportation Planning: Methodology and Techniques).
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Familiarity with transportation modeling concepts and data analysis tools.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GIS or transportation modeling software is a plus.
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• •Self-motivated with a keen interest in transportation infrastructure and regional planning.
