Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Touristikkaufmann/-frau für unsere Gruppenreisen.

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Termin- und Kontingentverwaltung
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Leistungsgebern
  • Nachverhandlung & Kalkulation
  • Programmpunkte wie z. B. Führungen reservieren
  • Gruppenbuchungen und Ticketing
  • Abschluss von Reiseversicherungen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Fahrtunterlagen
  • Detaillierte Ablaufplanung für die Fachreiseleitung
  • Zahlungsabwicklung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Erfahrungen mit Reservierungssystemen
  • Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Gruppenreisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Amadeus-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
