Job Description:

Treasury Analyst

• •Prepares trade matching and settlement instruction and records daily securities settlement in PAM
• •Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately for Segregated and General Funds
• •Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP
• •Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
• •Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
• •Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports

Preferred skills:

• •Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• •preferrably a CPA

Qualifications:

Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations

Technical/Soft Skills:

• •Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications
• •Good English communication skills (oral and written)
• •Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis
• •Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail and with sound work ethics
• •Ability to work with minimal supervision
• •Quick learner
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with others
