Front Office Treasury Analyst

Department: Group Treasury

Reports to: Head of Front Office Treasury

Location: London

Role Purpose

Support the execution of front-office treasury operations, including monitoring liquidity, executing transactions, preparing valuations, and maintaining banking relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial markets and corporate treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• •Monitor and report on daily cash positions across group entities.
• •Support short- and medium-term cash forecasting processes.
• •Execute treasury transactions (e.g., FX spots, forwards, swaps, loans).
• •Assist in preparing mark-to-market valuations and ensure accounting alignment.
• •Support investment of surplus cash and monitor funding costs.
• •Help maintain bank relationships and assist in negotiations.
• •Ensure trade and counterparty compliance with treasury policies.
• •Provide market insights to support strategic funding decisions.

Essential Experience:

• •1–3 years’ experience in a corporate treasury or finance role.
• •Exposure to dealing platforms and treasury operations (Bloomberg, 360T, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

• •High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• •Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
• •Good communication and relationship management abilities.
• •Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
