Treasury Management Support Analyst

In this role, you will:

• •Onboard Treasury Services for large non-bank financial institutions.
• •Help manage client onboarding and product implementations from the sales support perspective, serving as a key partner among downstream and upstream onboarding teams.
• •Partner closely with Treasury Management Consultants, helping them achieve speed to revenue. Proactively communicate with customers, answering questions, providing updates on ongoing initiatives, and generally serving as the extension of the consultant.
• •Get to know your clients and understand their unique needs and requirements.
• •Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area.
• •Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables.
• •Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• •Have opportunity to develop and practice sales skills, with the goal of eventually becoming a Treasury Management Consultant.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• •Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner
• •Interest in a sales role

Job Expectations:

• •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• •This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• •This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
