We’re looking for a Treasury Systems Support Analyst to join our ever-evolving Global Treasury Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll help keep our treasury systems reliable, accurate, and responsive by resolving user issues, monitoring critical data flows, and supporting system enhancements across regions. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Technology, and external partners, you’ll strengthen operational continuity, improve the user experience, and enhance the processes that support our global financial operations. With opportunities to develop expertise in Kyriba and other enterprise applications, you’ll play an important part in building the secure, scalable financial infrastructure that supports Global Payments’ mission and future growth.

What you'll own

• •Deliver dependable treasury systems support by resolving user issues promptly and accurately, minimizing disruption and enabling teams to perform critical financial activities with confidence.
• •Protect system and data integrity by monitoring interfaces, validating data, and addressing processing issues before they affect treasury operations, reporting, or decision-making.
• •Enable secure and effective system access by maintaining appropriate user permissions and routine configurations that strengthen governance, accountability, and operational continuity.
• •Improve system performance and user experience by supporting testing for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality, ensuring changes meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
• •Advance operational efficiency by identifying recurring issues, strengthening documentation, and contributing improvement ideas that make treasury processes more reliable, consistent, and scalable.

What you'll bring

• •One to two years of experience in a support, operations, or shared-services environment, with demonstrated success resolving issues and delivering accurate outcomes.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-handling skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform reporting, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, together with confidence using enterprise applications and web-based systems.
• •An understanding of system testing, file management, data imports and exports, file transfers, and basic reporting concepts.
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, provide clear updates, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.

It's a bonus if you have

• •Exposure to Kyriba or another Treasury Management System (TMS).
• •Experience using ticketing or knowledge-management platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Confluence, or Jira.
• •Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or another financial or enterprise resource planning application.
